Feedback, complaints and disputes:
- If you want to give Pasific Care feedback or complaint, you can do this by:
- Speaking with a Pasific Care staff member in person
- Telephoning a Pasific Care team member or Manager. You can also phone our main line 02 4602 0651
- Emailing Pasific Care directly
- Requesting a feedback form
Participants have the rights to complain or give feedback directly to the NDIS Commissioner by
- Phoning: 1800 035 544 (free call from landlines) or TTY 133 677. Interpreters can be arranged.
- National Relay Service and ask for 1800 035 544.
- Completing a complaint contact form.
- services or supports that were not provided in a safe and respectful way
- services and supports that were not delivered to an appropriate standard
